This is my first experience taking an online/instructor-led class. I was a little hesitant at first but it was a very positive experience! My instructor was very easy to talk to, was a great listener and was very knowledgeable. I tend to ask a lot of questions, and he was very patient. I will not hesitate to take an online instructor-led class in the future!

My expectations were definitely exceeded for this course. I had a bias towards courses with onsite instructors but the flexibility of the online classroom meant that this course was really just as good as any conventionally taught course. Donna was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful.
