What this course covers: What project management is and why it matters, the project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, closure), defining scope and objectives, creating a project plan and schedule, identifying and managing risks, communicating with stakeholders, managing a project budget, and closing a project effectively. We also introduce widely used tools including Microsoft Project and cover the basics of both waterfall and agile approaches.
No prior project management experience is required. Available as a public online session or private on-site training.

This course is grounded in the same frameworks used by professional project managers worldwide — including concepts aligned with the PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge) — presented in plain language with hands-on activities and real-world scenarios throughout.
