This course shows professionals how to use AI to brainstorm topics, generate slide text, create images, and develop presenter notes and handouts. Learners practice prompting techniques, refine AI‑generated content for clarity and professionalism, and import structured outlines directly into PowerPoint. They also explore how to use AI‑assisted web search to strengthen presentations with supporting facts and examples. By the end of the course, participants will have a streamlined workflow for using free AI tools to create polished, engaging presentations with greater speed and confidence.
Note: Students in this class will create ChatGPT, Gemini and/or Copilot accounts if they don't already have one. Access to a valid email and cell phone in order to complete authentication during setup will be needed to participate in hands-on exercises.
