This course is an introduction to AI agents from a strategic business perspective. It will not teach you how to build agents — instead, it will teach you how to determine whether, where, and how agents should exist in your organization.

This course is also designed to assist students in preparing for the CertNexus® AgenticAIBIZ™ (Exam AGZ-110) credential.

Using AI with Excel is a hands‑on, scenario‑driven course that teaches professionals how to use freely available generative AI tools—such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Microsoft Copilot—to enhance productivity, solve spreadsheet‑related problems, and accelerate data‑driven decision‑making. Learners discover how to generate spreadsheet content, automate tasks, troubleshoot formulas, clean and structure data, and strategically apply AI to real business challenges. The course blends conceptual understanding with practical exercises using Microsoft Excel.

Note: Students in this class will create ChatGPT, Gemini and/or Copilot accounts if they don't already have one. Access to a valid email and cell phone in order to complete authentication during setup will be needed to participate in hands-on exercises.

Generative AI tools such as Copilot, Gemini, and ChatGPT make it faster and easier to plan, write, and enhance business presentations. This course shows professionals how to use AI to brainstorm topics, generate slide text, create images, and develop presenter notes and handouts. Learners practice prompting techniques, refine AI‑generated content for clarity and professionalism, and import structured outlines directly into PowerPoint. They also explore how to use AI‑assisted web search to strengthen presentations with supporting facts and examples. By the end of the course, participants will have a streamlined workflow for using free AI tools to create polished, engaging presentations with greater speed and confidence.
