Course Overview

This two-day instructor-led course is intended for project team members or project managers who want to build an easy-to-maintain and reusable work schedule for team members and partners, manage task status and evaluate the work schedule in terms of time, man-hours, tasks, budgets on demand and improve project team communication and collaboration.

Students should have some experience with managing projects or project tasks.
