Course Overview

In this Microsoft PowerPoint 2016 Advanced Training course, students will take their PowerPoint skills to the next level by learning how to modify Slide Masters and Slide Layouts in PowerPoint, add Headers and Footers to slides, create and modify graphics using SmartArt and insert audio and video in a PowerPoint presentation. Students will also learn about powerful ways to animate their slides and create custom transitions to keep their audiences engaged. In addition, students will see how to create customized slide shows by adding hyperlinks and action buttons to their slides and how to record, secure and distribute a PowerPoint slide show to others.

Course Prerequisites

Students should have taken, or be familiar with the topics covered in the Microsoft PowerPoint Introduction Training course.

This course is intended for students who have a foundational working knowledge of PowerPoint 2016, who wish to take advantage of the application's higher-level usability, security, collaboration, and distribution functionality.
