Course Overview

In this Advanced Project Management Training course, students with informal or limited project management experience will learn how to estimate project work, create a project schedule, estimate project costs and plan for change management and project scope management.

Course Prerequisites

Work experience with project management and knowledge of the roles, responsibilities, and skills required for project management is needed. Also, basic working knowledge of office productivity tools is required. Completion of the Project Management Fundamentals course or equivalent experience is recommended for students as a prerequisite to this course.
